Born on July 1, 2002, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Amy grew up in the close-knit community of Upper St. Clair. From her earliest days, she was a beloved daughter, sister, and friendโsomeone who effortlessly brought warmth and kindness into every room she entered. Those who knew Amy often spoke of her radiant smile, infectious laughter, and the way her presence seemed to brighten even the darkest days. Her soul was truly beautifulโa rare blend of grace, generosity, and compassion that made her a steady source of support and joy for her family and friends.
Amy was a dedicated and ambitious young woman who pursued her dreams with unwavering determination. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from Penn State University, where she not only excelled academically but also became a role model to her peers and a valued student among her professors. Amyโs passion for health and wellness was evident in everything she did, and she was deeply committed to her goal of becoming a healthcare specialist. She envisioned a career where she could continue to make a meaningful difference in the lives of othersโan ambition fueled by her innate empathy and genuine desire to help those in need.
Outside of her academic achievements, Amy was a vibrant soul who lived life to its fullest. She embraced adventure and had an insatiable love for dancing, skiing, swimming, and practicing jiu jitsu. Whether she was gliding across the dance floor, carving down the snowy slopes, or training in the gym, Amyโs enthusiasm and dedication were unwavering. Her energy was contagious, her laughter uplifting, and her passion for life undeniable. She inspired all who knew her to pursue their own passions with equal fervor and to cherish every moment.
Amy was also blessed to have found her soulmate in her sweetheart, Trevor Stuart, whom she affectionately called her โGentle Giant.โ Their deep bond was a testament to the love and happiness they shared, and Trevor was a source of great comfort and joy in Amyโs life. Their relationship was marked by mutual respect, unwavering support, and a connection that uplifted them both.
Amy leaves behind her loving parents, Bob and Sandy Bellas, whose steadfast support and unconditional love helped shape the remarkable young woman she became. She is also survived by her sister, Kate Elizabeth Bellas, with whom she shared a special and close-knit relationship. Beyond her immediate family, Amyโs circle of friends and extended family adored her and will deeply feel the loss of her nurturing spirit and radiant presence.
In her brief time with us, Amy taught those around her the true meaning of living with purpose, loving unconditionally, and dedicating oneself wholeheartedly to the people and causes that matter most. Her loyalty, compassion, and warmth made an indelible mark on everyone she touched, and her memory will live on as a guiding light for all who had the honor of knowing her.
Family and friends will gather to pay their respects on Thursday, June 5th, from 2โ4 and 6โ8 P.M. at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home, located at 301 Curry Hollow Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15236. A celebration of Amyโs life will be held on Friday, June 6th, 2025, at 10:00 A.M. at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Amyโs name to the American Red Cross atย www.redcross.org, honoring her generous spirit and lifelong commitment to helping others.
